I am a Registered Dietitian (license #931795) with a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to weight management and eating disorder treatment. I strive to meet my client where they are to help develop realistic, achievable changes to help them meet their goals but also one that fits their lifestyle.

I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Minor in Psychology from University of California, Davis. I then received my Master of Arts Degree in Nutrition from San Francisco State University.  I am certified in Adult Weight Management and am a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.

I have over 13 years of experience as a dietitian in eating disorder treatment, from a variety of settings including inpatient hospitalization, eating disorder treatment programs and outpatient counseling.  This varied experience has helped me develop a comprehensive set of tools to help my clients heal their relationship with food again.

I am a foodie at heart, married to a chef and mom of foodies-in-training! You can usually find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, exploring farmer’s markets and wandering around my local thrift store!
